Selection

We only stock reusable masks. A single-use gel pack is cheaper to sell and worse to own, so we leave it out. Every mask in the range has to survive repeated chilling, cleaning and folding without splitting or pilling.

Inspection

• Every inbound batch is checked for seam integrity and gel leakage.
• Straps and closures are tested for stretch and rebound.
• Fabric is checked for finish, colour consistency and skin feel.
• Anything that fails is pulled from the batch, not discounted.

Honest description

Materials, pack contents, colour and dimensions are listed exactly as supplied by the manufacturer. Where a specification is not stated by the source, we say so rather than guess.

Language

We describe how a mask feels and how it is built. We do not use medical or supplement language, and we do not imply that a mask treats or prevents anything.

Packing

Orders are packed by hand in Utah, with recyclable outer packaging and no unnecessary filler.
